The chestnut mare is resident on Sandra’s budding horse stud and flower farm in New Hanover, outside of Pietermaritzburg and she has a smashing son of Act Of War who has recently been weaned.

Wysiwyg hasn’t been covered for the 2021 season and Sandra said she was still considering stallions for the special mare for the upcoming season. She is an intelligent mare with a kind disposition and a peculiar habit of lifting her front leg and bending her knee when she requires attention!

A daughter of Mullins Bay and a R100 000 Ready To Run Sales graduate herself in 2012, is a half-sister to 12-time winner Mannequin, from the family of Gr1 2nd placed #kznbred Kalami.

Wysiwyg is becoming something special – her last three foals are the juvenile Aisling, racing in the Gr1 Allan Robertson on Sunday for Roy Moodley and trainer Kom Naidoo, and Bohica – the handsome son of Capetown Noir has a shout in the Gr1 Golden Horse Sprint, jumping from gate number 9. He will be ridden by S’manga Khumalo for team Azzie.

Aisling, by Visionaire has Luke Ferraris in irons from stall gate number 2. Aisling has won twice from five starts and placed – she is a winner over the course and distance.

Bohica is a 5-time winner who sold for R300 000 off the 2018 Ready To Run Sale bred and consigned by Summerhill, and been unlucky in his penultimate 2 starts where he almost snatched a Gr2 victory from Vars Vicky by the closest of margins, and again a head from True To Life in the Gr3. He was beaten by a flying Rio Querari into 2nd place in the Gr1 Computaform Sprint and has won up to 1600m in distance.

Her other two foals are winners – Proposition (also Visionaire) and Bartholdi – a 3-time winner by Act Of War trained by the father and son combination of Adam and Mike Azzie.

We look forward to Sundays results!
