Sportingpost.co.za reports in their stats – as at 5 January – that A.P. Answer is the current leading Two Year Old sire by Stakes earned – the total being R114,750 – approximate R24 000 ahead. Stallions that follow suit are Trippi, Seventh Rock, Way West and Black Minnaloushe.
Leading the way is Snow Call – who has won and placed from two of her three starts, bred by Bruce Campbell. First Answer recently won his debut very easily at Scottsville by two lengths over 1000m, bred by Sugar Hill Stud.
An impeccably bred stallion by A.P. Indy out of a top racefilly Pas De Reponse by Danzig, A.P Answer stood for just R10 000 in the 2013 breeding season.
