Summer Angel added yet more Black Type to her pedigree when her smart colt by Jay Peg, Exit Here, came home to get his fourth win in a row in the KZN Guineas Trial (Listed), winning over the 1600m by over two lengths for owners Alesh Naidoo and Marcus Jooste.
Lane’s End have announced that Noble Tune’s half-brother and dual Gr1 winner Honor Code will be standing for $40 000 in the 2016 breeding season. This is on a par with Lemon Drop Kid and City Zip, both standing at Lane’s End.

Beginning with Liam’s Map, who shares the same sire Unbridled’s Song as Noble Tune – winning the Gr1 Breeders Cup Dirt Mile, filly Wavell Avenue by Harlington (Unbridled – Serena’s Song) was victorious in the Gr1 Fillies And Mares Sprint, whilst Noble Tune’s half-brother Honor Code wasn’t disgraced to finish third behind the great American Pharoah in the Gr1 Breeders Cup Classic.
