Breeders of such standout performers Gypsy’s Warning, Surabi, Romany Prince and the G1 winning half-siblings Malteme and Wendywood, Rathmor Stud will be offering a superb consignment at the 2019 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale this month.

Rathmor’s draft includes yearlings by outstanding stallions Frankel, Captain Al, Dynasty and Var, as well as lots by such exciting and popular young sires Coup De Grace and Global View, while the blue blooded Unbridled’s Song horse Noble Tune has six in the Rathmor draft.

Most intriguing of the Rathmor draft is Juan Carlos (Lot 182), the only yearling on sale by unbeaten superstar and international sire sensational Frankel. This is a colt with a real stallion’s pedigree, with his dam being a winning ¾ sister to four time G1 winner and successful Coolmore sire Mastercraftsman with other successful stallions from this family including the likes of Broad Brush and Capote.

Deceased local champions Captain Al and Dynasty are also represented in the Rathmor draft. The Captain Al colt Captain Who (Lot 240) is out of a daughter of the world’s premier sire Galileo and Breeders’ Cup winning champion Eliza, while Dynasty’s son Gotitall (Lot 25) is out of a winning half-sister to G2 winner and successful stallion Jump Start as well as to the dam of Claiborne Farm’s unbeaten G1 winning sire Mastery.

Tapit’s well performed son Coup De Grace has two lots in this draft, including a half-brother (Lot 542) to the graded stakes winners Exit Here and Eventual Angel, while increasingly successful sire and former July winner Pomodoro has a half-brother (Lot 402) to two winners including the very speedy G2 winner Jo’s Bond.

Another rising sire son of Jet Master, Master Of My Fate, is represented by a filly (Lot 249) from the same family as G1 winner and champion filly Vesta, while Galileo’s popular son Global View is the sire of Global Approach (Lot 277) –a colt whose stakes placed four time winning dam’s second dam is multiple G1 winner and champion Joie De Grise.

Multiple graded stakes winner Noble Tune, a half-brother to US champion Honor Code, has some well related lots in this draft including a half-brother (Lot 464) to Equus Champion and G1 winner Lady In Black, a filly (Lot 288) whose dam is a winning half-sister to G1 performers The Hangman and Trip To Heaven, and a colt (Lot 466) out of Syringa Handicap Negev.
