This win takes the Backworth-bred 5-year-old mare’s career record to 5 wins and 12 places from 26 starts with earnings of R341,600. Congratulations to owners Mr.G. Hodges, Mr. B.O. Wiid and Dr. K. Whiffler.
Varlet is a half-sister to winners Mac The Dancer, Chic Happens and Mac Mufti.
Varlet is a graduate from the Backworth draft of the 2009 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale.
