#KZNbred Garrulous Starts At Chantilly On Friday

Garrulous, a handsome bay son of Byword bred by Seymour Harley of Tertia Properties, out of his mare who has produced multiple winners, Ritualistic by Jallad, will start at Chantilly on Friday 24 September over 1200m.

Owned by Estate Late Bernie Schwegmann and son Howard Schwegmann when he raced in South Africa, Garrulous placed second in the Gr2 Epol Umkhomazi Stakes, finishing closely to Varsfontein sire Erik The Red in his last start in South Africa.

Garrulous had four starts in South Africa, winning two and placing second in two. His half-brother Fourth Estate (Dynasty) won 8 times and placed twice in the Gr3 Christmas Handicap.

Garrulous will be trained by FH Graffard.
