Wishful Girl Linn made it six wins for her owner Mr Ebrahim at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Wednesday.

The daughter of Linngari bred by Summerhill Stud from the family of It’s My Turn has won over distances of 1200m – 1600m. She is out of a Western Winter / Jungle Cove 5-time winning mare who also won the Listed Scarlet Lady Handicap.

She sold for just R65 000 at the BSA Johannesburg Mixed Sale in 2018.

Linngari, who stands at Mike and Tanya McHardy’s Rathmor Stud in the KZN Midlands and owned by Rupert Plersch, boasts a winners to runners percentage of 36.4%.

From just 33 runners he has had 16 wins.
