Blue Sky Thoroughbreds is the amalgamation of passionate Thoroughbred breeders and owners, Bruce Le Roux and Tinus Gericke.

Based in Mooi River, Blue Sky Thoroughbreds have bought into some of the best pedigrees across South Africa, and the results of buying well-bred yearling fillies is beginning to reap the rewards for this young establishment as their progeny are excelling in the sales ring and on the racetracks across South Africa.

Blue Sky Thoroughbreds offer their clients a rare opportunity to breed, birth, raise and prepare a racehorse for the racetrack.

With two farms in close proximity to each other offering the space, excellent grazing and climate to raise champion horses for clients, Blue Sky Thoroughbreds board mares and offer sales preparation, as well as pre-training under the care and guidance of trainer Frikkie Greyling.
