There are few things I love doing more than looking back at the Superstars of the Track, and generally one can find lots of footage on YouTube etc. This morning I was reveling in the performances of Zenyatta, the come from behind champion that simply ignites in one what is for me the ultimate excitement of thoroughbred Horse Racing. That unique G Force that propels a Horse to Win from well back.

And it got me thinking of SA. One that immediately stands out for Me is Dance With The Devil so I plunged into the Internet but found nothing about this Champion Horse. I'm gutted that there appears to be nothing on Her out there and yet She was an outstanding Racehorse in her time. Im am certain that there is precious little in the Internet History Books of many other magnificent SA Racehorses and that saddens Me.

Am I looking in the wrong places or is it truly, that this Industry, has simply failed to honor our local Champions, by having not ensured their presence in the electronic annals of History?
