Gold Circle Board Announcement

Following the Gold Circle Annual General Meeting held last week, and confirmed yesterday at a Directors meeting, Gold Circle, the Racecourse and Betting Operator in KwaZulu-Natal, is pleased to announce its new Board of Directors.

Robert Mauvis and Moses Tembe were re-elected Chairman and Vice-chairman of the company respectively.

The appointed directors of the Board are:

Neil Butcher, Koos de Klerk, Paul Lafferty, Phumla Mnganga, Babu Nunan, Greg Petzer, Lindiwe Rakharebe, Steve Sturlese and CEO Michel Nairac.

Koos de Klerk was appointed to chair of the company’s Audit Committee while Greg Petzer will chair the Remunerations Committee.

Phumla Mnganga will chair the Social and Ethics Committee while Neil Butcher will be Chairman of the Racing Committee as well as Chairman of the Gold Circle Racing Club.
