Backworth enjoyed trainer Mike Miller’s support at the 2012 KZN Yearling Sales with his purchase of Colour Of Courage – a lovely Judpot yearling out of our Exclusive Patriot mare, Exclusive Honour.
It was lovely to welcome Mike and his team to Backworth on the weekend to share in a little Eston mist and drizzle, a wholesome luncheon and a fair share of banter and laughter … as well as to inspect our yearlings, albeit in the rain!
Together with Baroness Bergsma of Longford, Mike and Rae Miller, Mike Strydom and Marc and Nicola Coppez, a fun day was had by all. Baroness could have been back home in Newmarket, with our overcast and wet weather!
