Another Gr2 Win For Linngari: Garlingari Adds More At Chantilly
Garlingari produced another victory in the Qatar Prix Dollar Gr2 over 2000m for Madame Corine Barande Barbe, a race that contributed towards the fame of the great Cirrus Des Aigles.
Garlingari likes to race with a challenge, and with with Robin Of Navan on the rails and Kourkan on the outside, it was enough for Garlingari to surge away powerfully and take the lead.
Garlingari is a son of Summerhill-based globetrotting racehorse and sire Linngari, now a 9-time winner, with two Gr3’s and Gr2’s respectively under his belt.
The stunning chestnut athletic son of Indian Ridge produces over 60% winners to runners from his lifetime statistics and stands for a reduced fee of R12 000 this season – a reduction implemented by Summerhill to assist breeders in this tough current economic climate.
