Clifton-bred Royal Wulff Three In A Row

Clifton Stud’s Crusade gelding Royal Wulff produced his third win in a row yesterday for trainer Alec Laird.

Out of Conne Mara Black by Kahal, Royal Wulff has never been out of the money for a consistent record of nine starts – moving up from placing third in his first four starts to second for two starts, before producing three wins!

This is the female line of Key Decision and American Storm, as well as 13-time and Gr2 Tibouchina winner Polly Bisqui and Gr2 and 9-time winner, Pass The Line.

He is owned by Messrs A G Laird, C J Brink, D J de Wet, C Gordon, M J Marx & Dylan Smith.

The mare Conne Mara Black has a 2019 Mambo In Seattle filly to come through, called Montana Nymph.

Clifton Stud are on 30.4% winners to runners for the season.
