The Apache Returns Home To Stud At Scott Bros

Scott Bros’ multiple Gr1 winner both locally and internationally, has returned to his place of birth to continue his career at stud.
The outstanding racing son of Mogok was the pride of South Africa when he crossed the line first in the Gr1 Arlington Million in the USA for trainer Mike De Kock, only to have the race result changed after interference.
The Apache is a culmination of the Scott Bros’ dynasty of stallions and mares carefully mated, and he has certainly reflected his breeders and his champion lineage with his outstanding achievements.

A son of Overlord carrying the top weight of 60kgs in the Gr1 Tsogo Sun Sprint made victory look easy in the exclusive sprinting race at Scottsville over 1200m, with the aptly named Talktothestars getting his first Gr1 victory for his owner and trainer, Coenie De Beer.

Crusade Galileo Half-Sister Wins Oaks Trial Listed

Scott Bros’ young sire Crusade, saw his Galileo half-sister Seventh Heaven out battle Architecture to win the Betfred Mobile Oaks Trial Fillies’ Stakes. The Aidan O’Brien-trained winner was sent off the 7-4 favourite for the Listed heat but she made hard work of winning in the hands of Ryan Moore.

He has a Mogok half-brother coming up at the National Yearling Sale, a full brother to two winners.
