Gran Blanco At Rathmor Stud Rathmor Stud have revealed photos of Gran Blanco, now without his winter coat, giving the equestrian world a glimpse of what this special white colt is going to mature into. Spots underneath the white hair have appeared down his neck into his shoulders, as well as his flanks and hindquarters. A colt who has always stood out from amongst his peers - not just by his looks but his substantial size, he is a yearling with good bone and large hindquarters who is very well put together - it is not difficult to see why his dam Perakeen has been sent back to champion sire Kahal again this season. Kahal has already produced three Grade 3 winners in this current racing season with fillies Festival Of Fire (her second Gr 3 win this season) and Enchanted Kingdom.
